Devil Fruit Name: Chi Chi no Mi (Blood Blood Fruit)
Devil Fruit Power: Grants the user the ability to control their own blood and control other blood that is outside someone else's blood stream. The chi chi no mi is also capable of allowing the user to inject their own blood into the bloodstream of others, granting them temporary control of their opponents body. The blood can lastly be solidified into blood-iron like substances by concentrating the vast amounts of iron.

Custom Techniques:

• Blood Darts
  The blood compacts together to make a sharp dart like shape. The irons within the blood give the darts the strength of iron.
  
• Regeneration
  After receiving injuries from attacks which penetrate the skin, the user is able to heal any injuries rapidly by gathering the blood into areas and speeding up the clot process. The bigger the wound then the longer the time required to clot up the blood. This ability only goes so far, a broken bone is still a broken bone. A giant wound that would have you collapse is still a giant wound that will have you collapse.
  
• Iron Density
  The technique allows the user to harden the blood within his/her body. The blood builds up on irons and gives them the metal defence of thick iron. While using this defensive technique, the users colour goes blood red as the blood under the skin becomes much more visible, similar to Luffy's colour when in second gear.
  
• Blade of Blood
  From cutting the skin. The user can bleed out a parallel line of blood and reform the shape into a blade. The blade of blood is then solidified and treated as an ordinary sword which the user can change shape at any time.
  
• Blood Control
  By injecting the user's blood into the bloodstream of an opponent. The user gains at most, five minutes of control over the opponent. One in control, the user can have the opponent perform tasks while controlling their blood within the enemy. Similar to controlling them like a human puppet.
  (This technique however, can only go so far as to control up to NPCs. In order to control another player, the user must have permission from the other player to temporarily control their actions.)
  

Weakness:

• Control is only temporary as the user's own blood is destroyed by the opponents antibodies after some time in an opponents body.
  
• The constant blood rush and rapid amounts of oxygen and nutrient transportation, while the user is using their techniques, can prove quite exhausting and unhealthy for the users body. After some considerable amount of blood controlling, the user may become fainter.
  
• The user can use their own blood as weapons. However using too much still leaves the user prone to collapsing or death from blood loss.
