Appearance:
Shikoba's most noticeable feature and what separates his race from humans is his wings, these extend from his shoulder blades. However they are not big enough to carry him and despite what most people think when they look at him, he's unable to fly. Otherwise he looks like a normal human. His black unruly hair is held back by a red scarf. Due to his suspicious nature his eyes are always monitoring his surroundings closely.
Shikoba is muscular and quite tanned like the most of his people, He has a black tattoo that covers most of his left shoulder and arm. He still wears the traditional Shandian clothes he had on when he fell down, a pair of grey loosely draped pant held up by a orange scarf and a pair of leather shoes. His left hand and wrist are wrapped in bandages, not because of injury but to hold his impact dial in place. He always has his bag with him and he won't let it out of his sight since it's one of the few things that he has left. Inside it he has his various belongings, dials and a small leather bag, It's filled with Vearth and is one of his possessions he values the most since that is essentially a part of his homeland. He has a habit of always carrying his burn bazooka, It's a smaller variant than usual since his job in skypiea was scouting and mapping the faraway clouds, his weapon therefore needed to be light and easy to bring along. He also has a metal shield, painted with his personal symbol, A Southbird.
He has yet to obtain any clothes that are suitable to the climate of the Blue seas and as a result there is few times he isn't freezing.
Shikoba is rarely seen without his Southbird, Wayra. He's of the Skypiean species and therefore much bigger than the Southbirds living on the surface. Wayra is big enough to carry two people at the same time with ease. He has no distinguishing features and looks like a normal Southbird but somehow Shikoba's always able to recognize him.
Height: 5'9
Weight: 143 lbs
Personality: Shikoba wasn't always such a distrusting person, while in Skypiea he was carefree and outgoing. He was loyal to his tribe and, when needed to, a fierce warrior but when he fell down his personality changed completely.
He thinks that the blue seas are a dangerous place and therefore he makes everything he can to stay alive, even isolating himself towards the citizens. He doesn't have any personal issues against the people of the blue seas but he doesn't feel comfortable around them. Despite that all he wants is to be left alone his appearance makes him hard to ignore which only end up in Shikoba getting unwanted attention. This makes him annoyed, if he is pushed far enough he might have to use violence to be left alone but that wont happens unless someone intentionally bothers him. Wayra on the other hand is a coward who would rather flee from a conflict than facing it and only sticks around in battle in case Shikoba gets in trouble or gets hurt. He's a lot more outgoing than his owner and and a bit of a prankster. He gets a lot of attention and he loves every second of it.
Shikoba is highly patriotic and his biggest wish is to return to skypiea but since Wayra can't fly over the Red line and their last flight over Grand line ended in disaster he's stuck in East blue. He's realized that he needs some powerful people to help him return to his homeland, He knows that the Grand Line is dangerous. He's unwillingly started to visit bigger cities in search for people he thinks have potential.
Shikoba is actually not the hard and uncaring person people thinks him to be, in fact he thinks putting up the facade is rather tiring but he still finds it necessary. If he finds anyone he can trust and considers his friend he can be his normal self but he has yet to find anyone in the Blue Seas that he trust he only can relax around Wayra.
Island of Birth: Sky Island
Which Blue: The White-White Sea
Character History: Shikoba was born as the second child in his family. The family consisted of his bigger sister, his mother and his father. The war for Upper yard raged on and Shikoba was raised in a time of war. His father was one of the most skilled warriors and trained both of his children to become strong warriors and trustworthy tribesmen. Shikoba was amazed by the ancient stories of a time when Upper Yards was in Shandian hands and his rage towards God grew. His sister was a bit more skeptical, she was more interested in the tribe's well-being than re-taking Upper Yard altough she supported her brother in his decision.
Motivated by the stories and fairy tales he trained harder than ever and he often secretly sneaked away and visited upper yard, or rather as close as he dared to go. He never actually set foot on the island. During one of his trips something odd happened, He saw a small group of Southbirds seemingly fighting, Shikoba was quite surprised since he didn't know that there were animals in Upper Yard. after a closer inspection they seemed to gang up on one smaller bird. Shikoba who had been raised with the Shandian Ideals couldn't just stand there watching so the 5 year old boy immediately ran and tried to shoo the other birds away. He partially succeeded, he managed to snatch the targeted bird out of the other bird's reach and shield their attacks but instead he became the target of their attacks, He received a number of small injuries trying to protect the Southbird. He realized that it was impossible for him to fight so many opponents so he ran for it. He swimmed back to the village, exhausted after the long swim. As soon as he came home he fell asleep in his mother's arm as she was tending his wounds.
Shikoba wasn't sure of what to do with the bird. It didn't belong in the Shandian village, It belonged in upper yard but seeing that it was smaller than the rest of the bunch and obviously being picked on it was probably the best if he stayed here, so Shikoba slowly nursed the Southbird back to health. He couldn't think of a name but his sister started to call hi Wayra, Shikoba thought it was a rather feminine name for a male Soutbird but somehow the name stuck. During this time they developed a strong bond, Wayra wouldn't let Shikoba out of his sight and took it to the point would it would feel weird for Shikoba without Wayra nearby. His father being a smart man realized that the Southbird could be of use in the war but they soon realized that it was a coward and Shikoba's father soon lost interest in the bird. Despite that his father didn't like Wayra the young shandian still considered the bird his friend.
Shikoba continued his training, by the age of 13 he had used The impact dial so much that he didn't even flinch when the recoil struck. By that age he begun training with real weapons since the Shandian tribe wanted heir warriors to be as skilled as possible when they were considered old enough to fight. Shikoba chose a Burn Bazooka, It was quite heavy for an 13 year old and he was advised to switch to a more suitable weapon but he didn't, stubborn as he was. It took a few years for him to master it and learning to use it while riding on Wayra, who was very unwilling to have Shikoba shoot fire over his head but he did it for Shikoba's sake. But after a growth spurt and years of rigorous training he was finally considered a man by the tribe. Wanting nothing more than to finally attack his enemies he hoped that he finally would be chosen to participate in an attack but much to his disappointment he was assigned to the job to scout new areas and routes.
Despite his disappointment he made the best of the situation, making the notes and maps he made as detailed as he could, He wasn't an egoistic person and would do what was best for the tribe. After all the main goal was to re-take their homeland, he was not going to put his own desires before what his people from him. Wayra eagerly followed him on his missions and acted as a mode of transportation when Shikoba got tired from skating.
One day when he explored the edges of the white sea, distracted by something Wayra did, he failed to notice that he was about to skate over a piece of island cloud, The piece of solid cloud made him loose his balance and he fell down through the thin layer of ocean cloud. Wayra quickly dove in attempt to pull him up again but he was too late, Even though he managed to get a hold of Shikoba but he had already reached such a high speed that it was impossible for him to pull him upwards.
Below the clouds a storm raged on, the winds managed to slow down the now unconscious Shikoba so that Wayra could at least fly normally but the strong gusts of wind made it hard to get anywhere. Wayra struggled for hours in the storm, hardly making any progress. Suddenly the seas became calm, not a single wind blew. To Wayra this was an relief, Inside the storm he'd barely moved forward but now it seemed with every flap he flew 10 yards. He was still exhausted though and wanted to find land as soon as possible.
He finally found land half a day later. It was an uninhabited island, they rested there for a few days. Shikoba woke up pretty soon after the landing, not sure what to do. He never had suspected that there were a world beneath his own. What was even more surprising was that this new world was filed with the highly sought after Vearth. He knew he had to return, his tribe needed him, but here was a big problem, he didn't know where he was.

Character Relationships:
- Wayra the Southbird - Shikoba and Wayra has been friends since they met when Shikoba was 5. Somehow Shikoba has learned what Wayra's various Choooo's means and can perfectly understand what he wants altough this is probably due to beeing with him so long.

Devil Fruit: N/A
Type: N/A
Weaknesses:
- The Bazooka is a powerful and destructive weapon and the user can easily trap himself in an inferno. It can also pose a great threat at sea, it can burn the enemies ship but if used carelessly it can also burn the ship he's currently on.
- Despite being quite muscular Shikoba doesn't have much experience in hand to hand combat and is quite useless without his weapons.
- If he's attacking from Wayra's back there may be a chance that Wayra will run away due to his cowardly nature, especially in a dangerous or scary situation.
Techniques:
- Impact - A simple open palm strike, powered up with the Impact Dial. This attack will send a shock wave through the target's body and causes intense pain and maybe severe injuries to the opponent. The power is demerited on how much power the Dial have absorbed.
- Inferno Blast - Shikoba fires his Burn Bazooka, releasing a column of blue fire. It can be highly dangerous to both humans and ships. It's quite inaccurate however and works better on a bigger or immobile target.
