Devil Fruit Power: The Dizzy-Dizzy fruit is primarily capable of inflicting dizziness, vertigo and confusion through several means. In addition to dazing targets, it is capable of turning comrades on each of if their mental threshold isn't up to par or having the target view the wielder in an entirely new image. This is not to be confused with the Clone-Clone fruit as only the selected target can see this change. The Dizzy-Dizzy fruit's strength lies primarily in its ability to weaken and make an enemy vulnerable.

Custom Techniques:
The fruit wielder physically contacts their selected target with the usage of their entire hand, palm, fingers or finger tips. The degree of confusion is measured by the amount of time physical contact is made. The user will generally clutch weaker areas of the body - specifically the face - to inflict heavier dosages. A melee attack.
❖ VERTIGO
A standard attack. The wielder's means to inflict confusion is channeled into solid, semi-transparent orbs that can be thrown at the wielder's direction and vary in size. The smaller the orb, the faster it can be thrown out shot. Smaller orbs (which have extremely small dosages in them) can be shot from the fingertips while larger orbs must either be expelled from the palms or conjured. Conjured orbs contain heavy dosages and take long periods of time to be created. The size of the orb reflects its potency. They have low constitution and often burst upon contact with virtually anything. A ranged attack.
❖ LULL
The caster/wielder imbues their practiced, cunning speech with the essence of confusion. They taunt or chide their target which often makes them experience disbelief, grief, self-hatred and general bewilderment. The fruit wielder must be a skilled orator in order to perfect this particular ability. A sustained attack.

Weakness: Primarily, the Dizzy-Dizzy fruit does not enhance the wielder's abilities, rather, it sabotages the target's abilities and either weakens or makes them vulnerable. Though VERTIGO's orbs are fragile, they can be reflected using high volumes of liquid substances like water or oil. If the wielder has not built a high constitution towards their own attacks, they, too, are vulnerable and susceptible self-inflicted confusion. In addition to this, smaller orbs only last a fraction of the time and wear away almost instantaneously if not immediately followed by another dosage. The confusion can ebb the pain in comrades if inflicted properly but can also ebb the pain in a target who has been physically injured to some extent. Agony outweighs confusion which culminates in the dizziness acting as a painkiller on certain occasions.
