Lefacti Isle

Most of the island is a city known as 'Lefacti City' aside from a huge park which shrinks every month due to city development. This island is known in the North Blue as a wretched hive of scum and villainy. The city is divided into different sections which are ruled by the most dominant pirate crews. Only the strongest can survive in the many different sections governed by the pirates who rule their own area. Lawbringers beware! The Muckraker Pirates, led by the Grime King controls the largest faction on this land and he intends to keep his dominance. He is notorious for having one of the highest bounties in the North Blue.
