Crews
Crews are the pinnacle of a unified team that work together in the face of whatever threatens them. Even with the most supreme danger, a crew commonly contributes all their efforts together to overcome any problem. Crews are usually formed by pirates or marines with the rank of captain or higher, but anyone is allowed to form a crew. Crews are formed all around the world and could potentially become the most well known crew in the world. All crew members will look out for one another and offer a wide range of untold benefits and assistance that can only be discovered when in crews.
Requirements:
Divisions
With all the benefits of a crew, a division is not to be underestimated. A division can only be formed by marines and only the ranks lower than captain. Since the lower ranking marines cannot form their own crew as of yet, they are allowed to form their own division, given that the leader is at least a Petty Officer. Essentially, a division is a marine equivalent to a crew. Just because they may happen to be lower ranks does not mean that they are easier to beat. Divisions still put their efforts in pursuing their goals in a strong bond, which have led to many pirates demise.
Requirements:
Organisations
For anything else other than a crew there is an organisation. Organisations are their own private factions with their own chain of command. The bonds of an organisation depends upon the leader. Anyone who is anyone are allowed to form organisations for whatever purpose.

- A ship. One free basic ship can be given when a new crew is formed. They must obtain it via roleplay. Otherwise they may buy a ship or supplies needed to create a new ship.
A basic ship is essentially a lot like a standard ship like the Going Merry. This includes 1 free cannon. Anything else needs to be bought if you wish to upgrade the ship or buy a new one altogether. Upon building a new ship, it's the exact same process as buying a new ship but you are permitted to say it is built when roleplaying.
