Devil Fruit Power: The user of this fruit is able to produce dust clouds from their skin. With time and concentration, they can produce more concentrated cloud of dust, which is increasingly difficult without much practice. The user can produce several different types, gaining more with practice. One dust he can create is Shimmerdust, a shiny, sparkly dust which tends to hover wherever it is created. Due to the light and thickness, it creates a concealing wall of dust. Another dust is Drowse Dust, which induces fatigue and weariness when inhaled.

Custom Techniques:
- Shimmer Trick: The user creates a wall of Shimmerdust. It is large enough to conceal an average sized person, and can be warped in shape, for example, being made long and tall or short and wide. It is intangible, meaning that someone could run or attack through it, but can see what is on the other side until they are through. It is also irritating to the eyes.
- Dust Gust: The user summons a wave of rushing dust, which can hit several people. It lasts a moment and might push someone back as if they were hit with a strong wind, but other than that, only affects someone if they inhale the dust of get it in their eyes, where it might choke or blind them temporarily, as if they got regular dust in their eyes. No special dusts can be used with this attack...yet.
- (Example Improved Technique) Snooze Gust: Similar to Dust Gust, bust this time, it is made of Dowse Dust. A blast of this causes weariness or fatigue to those hit. People weak enough to it or hit enough might even fall asleep.
- Fatigue Field: The user slowly begins expelling Drowse Dust into the area. After enough time has passed, those in the area begin to feeling tired. Staying for long enough, many minutes worth of inhaling the stuff, might cause them to fall asleep.
Weakness:
- Particle: The dust is very light and, with the exception of the Dust Gust, slow. In breezy weather, attacks like Fatigue Field or Shimmer Trick are far less useful. This Fruit flourishes when inside. The rain or a storm shuts down this fruit almost entirely.
- Time: The Drowse Dust takes time to work, and doesn’t work as well against stronger foes. Even at the highest levels, it works much like King’s Haki: mooks fall while the strongest only tire.
- Lack of Effect: In the long run, the Fruit doesn’t even do much of anything on its own. The Shimmerdust fades and doesn’t do anything on its own. Even if the Drowse Dust puts someone to sleep, they can be woken up, though they are out of the battle until attacked. Future Dusts might subvert this, however...
