Devil Fruit Power:This devil fruit gives the user mastery over the element of air. The user can become and control air, as well as generate powerful gusts of wind.

Type: Logia
Custom Techniques:
Wind shape: User instantly transforms his whole body into air (although he becomes transparent, he still has a distinctive gray color), and can move freely through air in the form of wind. This form is only for moving around – in order to do anything else he has to transform back.

Movement detection: The user can detect and locate every moving thing around him, by sensing air vibrations (like fish detects movement by sensing water vibrations). The closer the vibrations are, more accurately he can detect them.

Air push: The user creates powerful gusts of wind from the palm of his hand, pushing his oponent backwards.

Air pull: The user is sucking air into the palm of his hand, strongly pulling his oponent towards him.

Since air is hard to control, this is all he can do for now. New attacks will be added as he becomes more experienced.

Weakness:
Fire: Since fire consumes oxygen it can harm the user. In some cases (when wind blows in such way it delivers oxygen to fire) the users wind attacks can even enhance his oponents fire attacks.

Heavy and armored: Very heavy and heavily armored oponents can resist most wind attacks, sice it is hard to move or damage them with wind.

I see this as more of a paramecia type fruit.
Looking as if he disappears? An added invisibility feature is not preferable. If you want to have a logia fruit, you could make it air. But I wouldn't advice adding an invisibility perk. If you want to control winds, then I suggest you make it a paramecia.
