Geography: Most of the island is a city. Aside from a large park, shrinking every month from development, buildings of varying styles dominate the island. One half of the coast is a huge wall, impassable by normal means, while the rest is a dockside.
Climate: A temperate environment; the summers are humid and the winters are snowy. Spring is warm, but bearable, and autumns somewhat chilly.
Animals: Expect vermin. Rats, bugs, cats, dogs. Some say gruesome beasts lie in the sewer system, but these myths perpetuate many cultures, and none know for sure.
Villages/Towns/Cities: the entire town is one: Lefacti City: Piratehome
Description: Known to the North Blue as a wretched hive of scum and villainy, few sorts willingly enter. But regardless, some are drawn to it for various reasons. Different sections of the city are ruled over by pirate crews or other factions, and often warred over. Separate zones have different laws and enforcement, but there are two universal laws. The first: survival of the strongest and craftiest. One can get away with anything, as long as they either aren’t caught or can back up their actions and face the consequences given by those willing to serve them out.
The second: no Government. Marines and Government officials are to be attacked on sight. Known Bounty Hunters are given no mercy. Previous Marine attacks to dislodge and cleanse the place have never been successful. Part of the reason is the island’s perpetuator: the man who strives to keep Lefacti the way it is, the Grime King. Possessing one of the largest bounties in the North Blue and the largest faction on the island, the Muckraker Pirates, he is closest thing it has to a ruler.
