Brief Crew Description: Only the strongest will survive in the open world out there. The Fleeting Shadows are a pact of pirates, bound together to take on the world around them, led by a deep logical thinker of a captain. The Fleeting Shadows seek the One Piece and will use its inspirational influence to overthrow the World Government. As of now, they remain mysterious and out of the way to prepare. Occasionally they will emerge from the black vortex of the fog to feast on their prey, before returning back into hiding. The Fleeting Shadows strike their enemies hearts with fear, before ending their lives or forcing them to live shadowless!
