Devil Fruit Name: Clold cold fruit (Samui samui no Mi)
Devil Fruit Power: It gives the user the ability to produce and control vast amounts of cold ( exact opposite of Atsu Atsu no Mi eaten by Don Achino). The user can also control his body temperature makeing him immune to heat/cold based attacks.

Custom Techniques:
Frost shield
User emmits cold from the palm of his hand, lowering the temperature of air. Air itself hardens instantly creating a strong shield. Shield also freezes anything it comes in contact with.
Frozen tonfas
The user surrounds his tonfas with extreme cold, increasing their damage. This especially works well against armored oponents, since cold couses solid objects to become fragile, and the impact of the tonfas can then shatter them easier.
Frost bazooka
The user rapidly shoots bullets of cold from his fingers. Bulets travel very fast, and since they are made of cold, are hardly visible. Upon impact they couse severe frostburns.
Frost aura
The user lowers the temperature of his body, and everything around him. The closer u get to him the colder it is.
Temperature detection
User has the ability to accurately detect and locate any kind of heat/cold around him.
Weakness:
Electricity: Since cold temperatures increase electric conductivity, the user is more volnurable to electrical attacks when he uses his powers.
This fruit must not be mistaken for logia type, as the users body itself is not made of cold, and can be harmed by physical attacks.
This fruit also has all normal devil fruit weaknesses.
