When applying for a devil fruit there are four main factors a staff member should consider in their decision to decide whether a user gets the devil fruit or not.
Rank: Quite straight and clear. The better the devil fruit, the higher the rank required.
Experience: Meaning the quality of your posts in several roleplays.
Beli: This will roughly give an estimate of how well rewarded you are in roleplay. Although a Devil fruit will not be necessarily sold for a price (so you may keep your beli), a high value of beli will be needed for a high powered devil fruit.
Reasoning: Just a brief reason is required. Don't make it subject to "I really want it". Simply comment on what you have done and why you feel that the devil fruit is suitable for you.
