Samuel is an average height Fishmen that wears a long dark blue jacket that is opened all the way. Underneath his jacket, Samuel wears a black shirt with a red shark on the front and red shark teeth on his back. Samuel pants are ripped and sewn back together in multiply places. He also wears a shark tooth necklace with the largest tooth having a crack going down the middle of it. On Samuel’s back is a giant Meat Clever covered by a giant Frying pan. Underneath his clever is a small pouch that he carries spices and other cooking ingredients in. His hair is always spiked up his a dark blue color. Samuel also has a light blue skin tone gills on his neck.

Personality: Samuel puts off a aura of fear and terror but is an overall nice guy who just wants to help. He is willing to cook and provide for people without asking for anything in return and enjoys playing with kids. He enjoys helping people trying to show them how kind his race truly is. Though gentle, Samuel has a small problem of trying to eat anything he comes across including the people he meets along his journeys. His first meeting usually tends to go in the direction of him asking how tasty they think they will be. He also gets very distracted by food and ‘items’ he thinks to be food. In the water, Samuel is very coordinated but on land, he tends to be clumsy, tripping over his own feet. The only exception to this is when there is something he truly wants to eat, is in battle, or both. During battle, he tries to scary his opponent by trying to eat them and telling them how good they would taste when fried.

Character History: Samuel grew up on Fishman island along as an orphan stuck on the streets. He grew up on the scraps of the streets and barley managed to get by during his young life. That was until a great man and his daughter took him in.
At the age of four, Samuel was taken in by Kyle, a tiger shark Fishman, and his daughter Mariah, an adopted mermaid. Seeing that the young boy had the potential to become a Master in Fishman Karate, Kyle began to teach young Samuel the skills he knew. Though for Samuel, his heart was not into karate, but instead in the heat of the kitchen. Samuel and his best friend, Mariah, both fell in love with the idea of cooking and being able to make something out of nothing.
The two friends both practice their skills trying to master the art of cooking. Though young, Samuel was a natural cook while Mariah, on the other hand, was lacking in the skills necessary to be a great chef. Her food happened to be the worst food Samuel ever ate but every time she cooked a meal he would eat the whole bowl. This lead to Samuel beginning to start craving weird food as he soon saw everything as delicious.
After Samuel’s eleventh birthday, Kyle was killed in a raid on their home. Samuel watched as a group of men stormed the house and killed his father figure and kidnapped his best friend. As they tried to escape, Samuel attacked one and discovered that they were Fishmen. After they got away, Samuel vowed that he would prove what a true Fishman was to the world and how they were nothing like the scum that had hurt him and that he would eventually find his friend and bring her home
After the incident at his home, Samuel left the island and began to explore the world. After a long time of being by himself, Samuel met Scar and became fast friends. At an island, Samuel had pass out from hunger and was near death. Scar came across this sight and tried to help him. When Samuel came through, he attacked Scar and ate his arm, but after a few minutes Scar’s arm crawled back out of Samuel’s mouth and went back to Scar.
After their initial meeting, the two became good friends that traveled the seas together. They traveled the seas with Samuel swimming and pulling Scar behind him on a wooden raft. The two began going to islands were Scar would help with the sick and injured while Samuel would see to it that ever one was well fed.

His style focuses on power strikes and a good defense when on land. When in water his style adds speed into his fighting. Samuel also has great swordsman skills which he used to make Fishman Karate his own. His skills with a sword usually involved using giant swords that take incredible strength to wield. He uses both his Clever and Frying pan as sword like weapons with the clever meant for cutting and severing and the frying pan to stun and shatter bones.
