He is the type of man that will spend most his time Eating (but mainly perfers Spicy food) and playing cards, a betting man that will kill anyone that puts their hand anywhere close to his food. He holds onto a coin that holds significant value to him money wise as well as memory wise, he doesn't let anyone touch it seeing as if the coin is separated from Jackie he gets angry and kills everyone in the area.

Born in Shells Town Jackie's mother and father and older brother all was in the Marines, days didn't pass without them training Jackie since birth the rules on being a Marine. Even going so far as enrolling him into a Marine pre-school, middle school, and High school, knowing all there is to know about the Marines his life was decided for him. Becoming skilled with a Gun, and sword Jackie excelled in training he surpassed all his teachers in combat and battle strategy. But something within him made him some type of demon whenever he was in battle and it seemed he was losing, teachers feared he wasn't suited to be in the military for that exact reason. Every once in awhile Pirates would come to the island and raise trouble, the first to be there to stop them Jackie slaughtered any pirate that dared step onto the land, earning respect and beli for his actions made the higher ups look at him and gave his family a name.
Soon Graduating top of his class his grandfather gave Jackie a coin that had a skull with diamonds for eyes. His grandfather claimed it was from Gol D. Roger when he visited the island years ago and he held it as a memento and a good luck charm. With that he knew what to do, his whole life was chosen for him, the night before the leave for the Marine Academy, Jackie announced he is going to become a Pirate. In a blink of a eye his family attacked him only his grandfather sat out and smiled the whole time only to toss him a sword to fight back, the frenzy within Jackie erupted as he fought back revealing his sword wasn't just a sword but a whip defeating his family but not killing them he snapped. His grandfather gave him beli and told him a friend of his would take him somewhere far away, taking that chance Jackie ran off to his grandfathers friend and made his Journey to the sea. Since that day he became a coward he always avoided fights, with the coin his grandfather gave him and twirling it around his fingers to keep himself sane.
