Damon is an average height and slim man. His hair is ebon black and smoothed out at mid-length; with a fringe that reaches down to his eyes. Damon’s skin is pale all around and his eyes are light brown. As a Cipher Pol Agent, Damon is required to wear multiple clothing while under cover and can alter his appearance with many different styles of clothing if on an undercover mission. Aside from undercover missions, Damon will constantly wear his standard Cipher Pol uniform. Upon a first sight of Damon, it would look as if he were somewhat of a military officer-ranked soldier. A main icon of his appearance is his ebony black visor cap that had one belonged to an army of another country before annexed into the world government.
To match his ebony black cap, is the rest of the ebony black uniform. Damon wears a black jacket, black trousers and black leather high boots that reach Damon’s knees. As with many more formal military uniforms, this Cipher Pol uniform is tailored to project authority, and foster fear and respect. Underneath his ebon black jacket, he wears a formal white shirt and to cover that up, a black tie. In contrary, the only colour visible on his uniform, other than black, is silver which is coloured on his jacket buttons and his belt buckle.

Personality: What happened to Damon’s previous personality at a younger age has long been forgotten. Like most other members undergoing Cipher Pol training, Damon is trained to be cold hearted killer, only obedient toward the World Government. Training and serving under the Cipher Pol branch of the government has lead Damon to become almost emotionless and dispassionate toward anyone or anything other than his duties. Damon shows little attachment to human beings, especially when under cover, he can pose to feel emotions for others but in his inner shell, he lacks a heart. He could backstab anyone with the click of a finger, so long as he is ordered to. Despite his lack of feelings, he makes up for this with a high calibre of intelligence. Metaphorically, he is like a human without a heart and only a brain. Perhaps as a colleague you can get an inch close to Damon, yet he remains to be a harshly cold person who has little faith in comradeship.
To describe Damon as a sadist is not a shout too far. Damon shows approval and amusement out of inflicting physical and emotional pain upon others, defining him as a sadistic character. When it comes to missions, Damon is enthusiastic and volunteers to involve himself in any mission, so long as it involved murder or assassination. When killing, it’s as if it is the only time Damon will feel enjoyment at all. Despite teachings, Damon can see through the propaganda of the world Government, yet he has no care for their values nor does he agree with their philosophies. The reason he partakes in World Government projects is too simply accomplish his lust for extermination, and the ideal of ‘absolute justice’ merely grants him the excuse to do so. However, despite lack of morality, Damon does not kill anyone in cold-blood unless ordered to or when he sees necessary.

Character History: If you’re planning on finding out Damon’s history before he was enrolled in the Cipher Pol, then most of that is already buried away. What is vaguely safe to say, is that Damon use to have emotion from his years as a child. He did once enjoy what the average kid had as entertainment and he led a carefree and love filled life with no desire to align himself to the world government; though that life is long gone now. At the age of 13, political tension was evident in Micqueot as revolutionary influence and activity rose in an event known as the ‘revolt scare’ in Miscqueot. An order was legislated, for the Cipher Pol to be able to arrest anyone on suspicion of revolutionary acts or associations. Eventually, the purges grew worse as families were separated and constitutional political opponents were dissolved. Everyday people would go missing, and this event would last for the whole entire year until revolutionary influence was nullified.
The time only came when Damon’s parents were suspected of being aligned to revolutionaries. As a result, the knock came from the door in the middle of the night and Damon was separated from his mother and father. Mentally, Damon must have snapped as he witnessed the execution of many victims whom were claimed to be ‘revolutionaries, gunned down against the wall by the World Government. Amongst the victims were his parents. Being an only child, Damon was forced to become self-independent. Long had he been under Cipher Pol monitoring due to his parents supposed involvement for the revolutionaries. Though the records seemed to contradict his parent’s support as Damon showed loyalty to the government by reporting an under-cover revolutionary. Rather odd to the observation of the World Government. The next year, at the age of 14, the political crisis had died down as the revolutionaries were more than defeated in Micqueot. With political stability in place once more, the Cipher Pol had decided to reward Damon for his assistance and for his personal attributes. The reward was simply to conscript Damon into the Cipher Pol as one of them.
At the age of 15 he was to set to undergo training. Most missions involved personal review over the marines and simply analysing data of marine members. Eventually Damon was sent to train in the arts of the Cipher Pol, most notable Rokushiki. It had taken three years now, but his training was partially complete, with more training in the arts of Rokushiki yet to continue as he progresses in the Cipher Pol. Damon has already completed his first mission with excellent performance. A mission to assassinate a notorious political opponent to the World Government in the East Blue. Upon that, he was also used to negotiate and help transfer power to a new politician who was more pro-world government (a puppet politician). After a few more successful missions, Damon was sent to see through the completion of a new Pacifista unit; disappointingly enough, no killing was involved.
Damon was assigned in the Grand Line, as a representative of the East Blue Cipher Pol. New scientists had begun work on Dr.Vegapunk’s next pacifista models. Damon was merely sent to monitor the progress and wait for his return to the East Blue.

Damon has a weak usage of this haki, but is allowed to be aware of the presence of others or predict moves shortly before they attack.
If an encounter turns incredibly long-range, then Damon will pull out a flintlock sniper rifle used to take down targets with precision. If enemies happen to bring the fight to closer then he will most likely resort to his devil fruit that he will attain eventually.

Damon’s nature comes with social consequences. He is unable to make quick friends and his sociopath sadistic tendencies tend to result in many people disliking Damon. - Sniper Rifle as a blade
If the fight is brought to close combat while Damon uses a bayonet on close combat. It is heavily reliant on being attached to the sniper rifle. The rifle is not a blade, despite its attachment, though Damon may sometimes treat it as if it were a sword. Forcing Damon to grip the stock of the rifle.
Techniques:
- Hand Impalement
Similar to the finger gun training, but instead using his entire hand. Damon curls out his fingers into claw like shapes, before building up his energy into the selected hand. At a very high speed, Damon launches his hand into the flesh of a target, if strong enough, impales right through their flesh. Damon’s hand can sprain if this technique fails. - Dead Aim
Being a skilled assassin at sharp shooting, Damon can alter his sight perception to make everything around his seem slower than usual. For a short period, Damon calculates opponents movements while in this brief enhancement so he can take the next shot with a greater mathematical certainty to hit. - Finger Pummle
Placing his middle and index fingers together on each hand, Damon is able to sacrifice the strength a normal fist would do for speed. The attacks of his finger pummels are so powerful that they do as much, if not more, damage than a fist would. Because his attacks are so fast and less energy is used, Damon is able to continue this attack multiple times. - Force Palm
In order to force enemies away from Damon, he straightens out his hand to reveal his palm. Although it is a very weaker version of the Rokuogan, Damon places the palm of his hand only an inch away from the opponent, his favourite being the face. He then releases a small devastating shock wave, not quite powerful enough to cause internal damage. Though powerful enough to have an impact on the opponent, pushing them away and leaving a mark.
