Appearance: Setoshi looks like a young man, his black shaggy hair and narrow face is slanted down into a powerful curved jawline; various facial expressions bring different looks into perspective for him. Setoshi has faded blue eyes and black hair, He often goes with his own choice of clothing usually not following the fashion of society. He is always seen wearing his fathers original hat except now he stitched his personal jolly roger on it, he wears Black Cargo pants in which he uses to keep certain supplies in them. He wear a short sleeve black shirt with a Relic symbol imprinted on the front of the shirt which is then covered by royal blue coat, and finally his skin is a light tan tone that suites him well on most occasions.

Personality: Shigeto is the quiet type, he usually keeps his thoughts well to himself but when asked his opinion is well thought out and but sometimes not the right thing to say. He would rely more on thinking out strategies then fighting their opponent with out knowing some openings they can use to strike but at some points when he gets angry he'll overreact and strike without coming to his senses. This Pirate hates to hold grudges though, if he is mad one day at a person doesn't mean he'll still be mad the next. He generally looks out for other people that seem unable to defend themselves and tries to do his best to make things better for them, making him really soft at heart for souls sometimes. His usual non-talkative attitude doesn't make him the best person to spend time with but if he has trust in someone and truly cares about them he will speak more often to them and really open up to his thoughts and tell what memories of his past disturbs him. Shigeto is a strong fighter and partner for his height, he may look like weak when seen through the eyes of an opponent but he is very athletic, and strong.

Character History: Shigeto’s life was relatively normal, his mother did a very good job of looking after him and he lived in the small home of Cocoyasi Village in the Konomi islands. Shigeto’s father however, was less run of the mill; he had left with dreams of grandeur, turning to the sea to begin his own pirate crew.
It was when he was seven years old that Shigeto met his father for the first time, well the first he recalls with any clarity. It would also be the last. Some men, whose faces Shigeto can’t quite recollect had come in late at night, they’d caused a large disturbance and he came downstairs to find them attempting to restrain his mother. It was apparent that she was to be used as blackmail, something about his father and treasure. However, before he could act his dad entered the house for the first time in five years. He arrived in a heroic but horrific manner, he’d come to save them – the Captain and his crew. This was Shigeto’s last memory of his father and his mother; something caused him to black out.
When he had come to; it was not in the arms of his family, but that of a marine captain. It was explained to Shigeto that he had been saved from the clutches of Pirates who intended to trade him or use him as slave labor. It was also explained that both his parent’s had been killed, Shigeto blamed his father.
The young child had suffered a deep burn across his back that night, one which would always stay with him, a pain he couldn't remember how it was caused and he would run it over again and again in his head when given time to contemplate.
With no other close family, it was decided that the young boy would earn his life on the navy's ship. He chose to stay with the captain and his soldiers who lived on the outside of the main town, they were the only Naval forces stationed on the island. Although he was taken in, he was soon being treated like a worthless child as they took advantage of him like he was a slave . He became self-restrained, dedicated, tough and agile. In all physical ways he was like his father as he remembers his mother description of him, but he still couldn't still tame his short fuse like his father. Whenever he would find time to hide from the navy and explore he would train with one of their kendo stick and think about that night.
At the age of thirteen he betrayed his trust to the navy as he set fire to the base after finding documents of the night where the navy werent sent to capture Shigeto's mother in order to get his Father to surrender. Once he read the documents
He intends to right the world himself, by any means necessary.

- Yahazu Giri (Three-Verse Humming: Arrow-Notch Slash) - A technique in which the user slashes an opponent at such a fast pace that it appears that they didn't attack at all (in fact, to the casual observer it would look like the user simply walked past the victim). Only when a certain amount of time has passed, which is approximate to the time the user walks ten feet away, or three steps (verses, as the name suggests), does their opponent only realize the attack. It seems to employ elements of iai (instant sword-draw-and-resheath) since it is generally initiated (though not always) with the user moving towards the intended target(s) with a naked blade and walks past them before sheathing it back. It is usually at this point that the victims start manifesting and feeling the effects of this high-speed attack. The actual attack itself however, is never seen clearly due to the speed implemented. The technique is highly versatile, since with it, the user can slash multiple targets at once and if they so wish, the damage they inflict can be as fatal or as incapacitating as they like.
- Ittoryu Iai: Shishi Sonson ( One Sword Style Draw and Resheath Technique: Lion's Song )- Placing the sheathed sword upright and listening to the "breath" of his opponent, the attack rapidly unsheathes, attacks, and sheaths the sword.
- Hiryu: Kaen ( "Flying Dragon: Blaze"): Using one sword wielded in his left hand with his right hand gripping his left wrist for support (or vice-versa), Shigeto jumps high up into the air and slashes his opponent. After slashing them, his opponent then bursts into blue flames from where they were slashed.
- Sanjuroku Pound Ho ("Single Sword Rising Phoenix"): This attack uses the air itself to slash the target from a distance. To initiate it,Shigeto first holds one of his swords horizontally above the shoulder of his sword arm, and then performs a circular swing that launches the air compressed projectile spiraling towards the target.
