Custom Techniques: 'Fuku Fuku no Blast' = breathing in deeply and pushing the air out through pursed lips creates a gust of winds which could easily knock a man off his feet. The power of the gust of wind depends on how hard you push the air out of your mouth.
'Fuku Fuku no Cyclone' = being able to touch the air and manipulate it to your will helps with creating a cyclone, which one literally graps at the air and will twist and swirl the air. The more you twist the air and the more tightly spun it is, the larger and faster the cyclone will be able to spin.
Weakness: The ability to swim, the fact that if fighting against a fire type the moves will only strengthen the apponents techniques.
