Devil Fruits
The defining feature of One Piece is the mysterious Devil Fruit, which grants its consumers strange powers, in exchange for their ability to swim. Any consumer of the Devil Fruit will become paralysed in water, and be unable to save themselves. Being bathed or submerged in water of any description will also nullify their powers. Only one type of each Devil Fruit can exist at any one time, and even if the fruit is split up, the powers are given only to the first person who takes a bite. A single bite is all that is necessary to gain its power, and tastes unimaginably horrible. Consuming more than one fruit will result in the person’s death.


Types
Paramecia:The most common of the three classes, users of Paramecia Devil Fruits gains super-human physical abilities or powers. Other users can alter features of their bodies or their environment. Finally, there are some users than can manipulate and generate some kinds of substances.

Zoan:The users of Zoan class Devil Fruits gains the ability to transform into an animal (and acquire every ability affiliated with said animal). The user can also transform into a human-beast hybrid form.

Logia: The rarest of the three classes, users of Logia Devil Fruits gain the ability to transform themselves into an element. They also gain every ability related to that element and gain the skill to disperse, control and rejoin any part of their bodies while conscious and in control of their powers. This even includes light wounds such as cuts or holes. However, major damage and heavy wounds inflicted by powerful attacks and techniques are not easy to recover through rejoining body parts. Logia users can move every part of their transformed bodies while in element form.

Mythical Zoan: There are Zoan Devil Fruits not only for common animals, but for prehistoric or ancient animals and mythological creatures as well; ancient and mythological are more rare, with mythical said to be rarer than Logia. As of now custom Mythical Zone fruits are banned.


Applying
When applying for a devil fruit there are four main factors a staff member should consider in their decision to decide whether a user gets the devil fruit or not.
Rank: Quite straight and clear. The better the devil fruit, the higher the rank required.
Experience: Meaning the quality of your posts in several roleplays.
Beli: This will roughly give an estimate of how well rewarded you are in roleplay. Although a Devil fruit will not be necessarily sold for a price (so you may keep your beli), a high value of beli will be needed for a high powered devil fruit.
Reasoning: Just a brief reason is required. Don't make it subject to "I really want it". Simply comment on what you have done and why you feel that the devil fruit is suitable for you.

Accepted Devil Fruit Users
If accepted to use a canon devil fruit, then your character may update their profile and are allowed to use techniques which the canon character, who previously possessed the fruit, has used. Players may also invent their own custom techniques with the fruit, only after they have done training and have reason to use it via roleplay. (Unless they started with a canon devil fruit)
If accepted to use a custom devil fruit, then still update your profile, allowing your character to use techniques the custom devil fruit application suggests. Remember, you may still invent techniques, but new ones must be learned via roleplaying if you have already made your accepted application.


When inventing a new devil fruit technique or using any canon/ legitimate custom techniques then please update them onto your character profile.

Also note that if a character has a devil fruit power and has been inactive for a month, then their devil fruit power (canon or custom) will be up for adoption. In the case of an adopted devil fruit being given to a new player, they are able to learn all the previous devil fruit techniques of its previous user.

Name: Gomu Gomu no Mi (Gum Gum Fruit)
Type: Paramecia
Ability: Turns the users body into rubber, giving them the benefits of stretching.

Name: Bara Bara no Mi (Chop Chop Fruit)
Type: Paramecia
Ability: Allows the user to be immune to slashing attacks and to be able to split their body apart into pieces and control the said pieces however they wish, mostly by levitating them away from the user's main body.

Name: Goe Goe no Mi (Voice Voice Fruit)

Ability: Allows the user to create beams of sound that look like energy beams by shouting.

Name: Sube Sube no Mi (Smooth Smooth Fruit)

Ability: Makes the user's body slippery, which in turn makes most attacks and all objects slide off his or his/her body, protecting the user from harm in most situations.

Ability: The user has the ability understand the heart of an animal or in other words allow him or her to speak to animals.

Ability: Gives the user two-inch long claws that give the ability to attack with blades of air. The claws are capable of slicing through the air itself, creating razor-sharp vacuum blades that can slice through the targets from a distance or close quarter combat.

Name: Kachi Kachi no Mi (Stone heat Fruit)

Ability: This fruit allows the eater to harden the body and heaten it up at will, increasing defense capabilities.The heating up body temperature can be also be used to increase damage done to the opponent.

Ability: It allows the user to change their body weight from 1 to 10,000 kilograms without, in anyway, affecting the overall size of their bodies.

Name: Bomu Bomu no Mi (Bomb Bomb Fruit)

Ability: Allows the user to make any part of his or her body explode at will, also giving them immunity to explosions.

Name: Hana Hana no Mi (Bloom Bloom Fruit)

Ability: Allows the user to replicate and sprout pieces of their body(limbs) multiple times from the surface of any object or living thing.

Name: Doru Doru no Mi (Wax Wax Fruit)

Ability: Turns its user into a candleman. It basically allows the user to tap unlimited amounts of wax from their body and manipulate or create things from its wax. This ability is not to be confused with a Logia power since they can't turn their bodies into wax. It is also not a Logia power since the user is also able to generate a small amount of fire, a different element from wax, on top of their head as they produce wax in relation to being a candleman.

Type: Paramecia
Ability: Allows the user to eat and chew anything, from wood to even the strongest metals. The eaten items can then be fused to merge their body with whatever was eaten or be combined together to create something else.

Name: Mane Mane no Mi (Clone Clone Fruit)
Type: Paramecia
Ability: Alows the user to turn into anyone he or she has touched. When the user changes, they also imitate the copied persons flexibility, strength and other things. They can switch back to their normal state at will.

Name: Toge Toge no Mi (Spike Spike Fruit)
Ability: Paramecia
Type: Allows the user to grow spikes on any part of his or her body, and turn any body part entirely into a spike.

Name: Supa Supa no Mi (Dice Dice Fruit)

Ability: Turns the users body into steel and allows the user to turn any part of their body into a steel blade to attack opponents with.

Name: Ori ori no Mi (Cage Cage Fruit)

Ability: Allows the user to bind their foes in iron shackles by having their foes pass either through the user's body or through the various metal bars the user can create.

Ability: Allows the user to turn their limbs into springs. Also making them much more able to bounce.

Name: Noro Noro no Mi (Slow Slow Fruit)

Ability: Allows the user to emit "Noroma Photons", microscopic particles that have yet to be understood by scientists. They significantly slow down any object the user strikes down for thirty seconds.

Name: Nemu Nemu no Mi (Sleepy Sleepy Fruit)
Type: Paramecia
Ability: Allows the user to put opponents to sleep or a suggestible trance through powerful hypnosis.

Name: Mini Mini no Mi (Small Small Fruit)
Type: Paramecia
Ability: Allows the user the become smaller than their actual size.

Name: Doa Doa no Mi (Door Door Fruit)
Type: Paramecia
Ability: Allows the user to create doors in objects or space through anything they touch. The doors they create can be created from any part of their body, from the palm of their hands to their whole body itself. he doors remain as passageways anyone can pass through until closed completely by the user.

Name: Awa Awa no Mi (Bubble Bubble Fruit)
Type: Paramecia
Ability: Allows the user to emit and control soap and bubbles that can not only clean off dirt but can also "clean off" power.

Name: Beri Beri no Mi (Berry Berry Fruit)

Ability: Allows the user to transform their body parts into a multitude of orbs or spheres shaped like the round parts of berries, much like the Bara Bara no Mi.

Name: Sabi Sabi no Mi (Rust Rust Fruit)

Ability: Allows the user to cause metallic items to rust and come apart.

Name: Shari Shari no Mi (Wheel Wheel Fruit)

Ability: Allows the user to transform their arms and feet into wheels. Also increasing their speed.

Name: Atsu Atsu no Mi (Heat Heat Fruit)
Type: Paramecia
Ability: Gives the user the ability to produce and control vast amounts of heat. The Devil Fruit user can use this heat to melt anything they touch. The user is also able to use it to either protect themselves from physical blows or attack opponents with various heat based attacks. This fruit is not to be confused with a Logia-class, as the user cannot transform into heat energy itself.

Ability: Allows the user to produce nets from their body.

Name: Noko Noko no Mi (Mushroom Mushroom Fruit)
Type: Paramecia
Ability: Allows the user to create and control lethal poisonous mushroom spores from the users body. Users may also grow poisonous mushrooms with spores. This fruit is not to be confused with a Logia-class power, as the user cannot transform their body parts into poison spores.

Name: Yomi Yomi no Mi (Revive Revive Fruit)
Type: Paramecia
Ability: Allows the user to come back to life, only once, after being killed. They cannot be revived again.

Name: Kage Kage no Mi (Shadow Shadow Fruit)

Ability: Gives the user the ability to manifest and control shadows as a tangible physical form.

Name: Horo Horo no Mi (Hollow Hollow Fruit)
Type: Paramecia
Ability: Allows the user to produce and control ghosts. These replicas can come in different forms and are all immune to physical attacks.The user may also become a ghost at will, if they leave their physical body behind, making it completely immobile.

Ability: Gives its user the ability to turn himself and anything he/she touches invisible.

Name: Nikyu Nikyu no Mi (Paw Paw Fruit)

Ability: Bestows its user the ability to push anything they touch at a very high speed, and is physically represented as paws on the user's palm that seem to be permanently engraved into the user. They may also deflect attacks and push out pain or other sensations from people, using only paws.

Ability: Grants the user the ability to manipulate magnetic forces.

Name: Rumu Rumu no Mi (Room Room Fruit)

Ability: Allows the user to manipulate anything inside a designated space. They can separate and rejoin these objects at will, however this cannot cause death.

Name: Fuke Fuke no Mi (Age Age Fruit)
Type: Paramecia
Ability: Allows the user to manipulate the age of a person.

Name: Jousai Jousai no Mi (Fortress Fortress Fruit)
Type: Paramecia
Ability: Allows the user to become a human fortress, allowing subordinates and weapons to be stored inside his/her body, also generating default soldiers. Out coming attacks and subordinates are returned back to normal size once they leave the users body.

Name: Sutoro Sutoro no Mi (Straw Straw Fruit)
Type: Paramecia
Ability: Allows him to create straw voodoo dolls and use them to redirect physical damage from his own body. Damage incurred by the dolls will be exhibited by those whom the doll represents. The user may also transform into a straw-man, though this is not a Logia power.

Name: Ensou Ensou no Mi (Music Music Fruit)
Type: Paramecia
Ability: Allows the user to morph limbs into instruments and use sound or music as weapons.

Name: Mero Mero no Mi ( Love Love Fruit)
Type: Paramecia
Ability: Allows a range of attacks which use emotions of lust or perversion to transform them into stone. Can also be used to make people fall in love with the user or others.

Name: Doku Doku no Mi (Poison Poison Fruit)
Type Paramecia
Ability: Grants the user the ability to produce and control different types of poison, as well as grant immunity to all forms of poison. This is not a Logia type as the user cannot transform their body into poison; only cover themselves in it.

Name: Horu Horu no Mi (Hormones Hormones Fruit)

Ability: Grants the user the ability to create and control special hormones that can affect anyone they strike by however the user desires. They can inject hormones into their own body or other bodies.

Ability: Allows the user to transform parts of their body into scissors and cut solid objects as if they were paper.

Name: Hane Hane no Mi (Wing Wing Fruit)

Ability: Makes the user capable of aiming at whoever he/she touches with their hands. After their hand is imprinted with the memory of the target, the user is able target the person from any location and at any time with anything at ease, regardless whether or not they are aware of the target's actual location. The number of targets the user can have at a time is two, one for each of his hands.

Ability:Makes the user capable of inflicting dizziness, vertigo and confusion on targets through several means.

Ability: Give the user the ability to transform any part of their body: Hands, fingers, arms, legs ect. into vines. The user's vine limbs can grow and expand and stretch to extreme lengths, but anything past fifty feet becomes extremely physically tasking.

Ability: This fruit gives the user the ability to control plants making them grow, bloom, produce fruit, wither etc and even revert their growth. However if the user wants to control a plant he needs to have physical contact.

Devil Fruit Name: Chi Chi no Mi (Blood Blood Fruit)*
Type: Paramecia
Devil Fruit Power: Grants the user the ability to control their own blood and control other blood that is outside someone else's blood stream. The user can also solidify into blood-iron like substances by concentrating the vast amounts of iron. Lastly, by injecting their own blood into others, they may also gain control of an opponent like a human puppet.

Devil Fruit Name: Fukku Fukku Fruit (Hook Hook Fruit)*
Type: Paramecia
Devil Fruit Power: The user becomes a Hookman. By curling a part of their body into a hook shape, they can create a hook of that size, which forms from that body part.The hook can then detach which is connected by a rope to the users body.

Type: Paramecia
Devil Fruit Power: Grants the user the ability to rip or recuperate their own skin or any other area of skin by the touch of their own hand.

Devil Fruit Name: Nikawa Nikawa no Mi(Glue Glue Fruit)*
Type: Paramecia
Devil Fruit Power: At will, the user can excrete glue from their skin. After letting it gather, they can fling it at foes, potentially stiffening them. The user is immune to his own glue, but can be affected by other sticky substances.

Devil Fruit Name: Obutsu Obutsu no Mi(Dust Dust Fruit)*
Type: Paramecia
Devil Fruit Power: The user of this fruit is able to produce dust clouds from their skin. With time and concentration, they can produce more concentrated cloud of dust, which is increasingly difficult without much practice. The user can produce several different types, gaining more with practice.

Devil Fruit Name: Amime Amime no Mi (Stitch Stitch Fruit)*
Type: Paramecia
Devil Fruit Power: The user’s two index fingers become ‘stitchers’. When running one of these fingers down something, they can create stitches along that area made of a black fiber. If two objects are close enough together, or a gap is narrow enough, the user can stitch them together. Seastone is the only thing that cannot be stitched: metal, stone, wood, people, animals, food... anything solid enough. The stitches only last a short while, however.

Devil Fruit Power:Grants the user the ability solidify his/her soul energy into a series of weapons. The weapons themselves stay the same and number only changes slightly every once in a while. The weapons move by the power of one's mind and act as a normal weapon.

Devil Fruit Name: Samui samui no Mi (Cold Cold Fruit)*
Type: Paramecia
Devil Fruit Power: Gives the user the ability to produce and control vast amounts of cold ( exact opposite of Atsu Atsu no Mi). The user can also control his body temperature makeing him immune to heat/cold based attacks.

Devil Fruit Name: Subako Subako no Mi (Hive Hive Fruit)*
Type: Paramecia
Devil Fruit Power: Grants the user the ability to generate various types of insects that inhabit the users body. These insects are under the control of the user and share a hive mind, tending to attack their targets in swarms. The user can create thousands of small insects, swarming together from the user, essentially making the user an insect hive.

Devil Fruit Name: Buki Buki no Mi (Weapon Weapon Fruit)*
Type: Paramecia.
Devil Fruit Power: Allows the user to turn parts of his body into different weapons

Ability: That allows a person to transform into both a Ox-human hybrid and a full Ox.

Name: Hito Hito no Mi (Human Human Fruit)
Type: Zoan
Ability: Allows its user to turn into a human hybrid and a full human.
Special: One animal is allowed to be created whom may start with this fruit.

Name: Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Falcon (Bird Bird Fruit, Falcon Type)

Ability: Allows the user to transform into a falcon or falcon-human hybrid at will. This is also noted as one of the five known Devil Fruits that allows the power of flight.

Ability: Allows the user to become a large dachshund dog or dachshund dog hybrid at will.

Ability: It allows the user to become, manipulate and control candy syrup. This fruit is unique as it allows the user to control the element in both semi-liquid and solid phases, not seen in any other Logia-class Devil Fruits.

Ability: It allows the user to create, control, and transform into paper or pieces of paper.

Devil Fruit Power: This fruit allows its user to turn completely into black oil. They can produce large amounts of it from their body. It is both slick and flammable.

Devil Fruit Name: Sano Sanso no Mi (Air Air Fruit)*

Devil Fruit Power:This devil fruit gives the user mastery over the element of air. The user can become and control air, as well as generate powerful gusts of wind.

Name: Dino Dino no Mi (Dinosaur Dinosaur Fruit)
Type: Zoan
Ability: Allows the user to take the form of a dinosaur or dinosaur-hybrid.

Devil Fruit Name: Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Sabertooth (Cat Cat Fruit, Model Sabertooth)*
Type: Zoan
Devil Fruit Power: When eaten, the fruit user gains the ability to change into two new forms. The first is the Full-Sabertooth form, which is much like the ancient cat itself. The most noticeable feature is the two long fangs protruding out of the user’s mouth. These fangs carry over too the Half-Sabertooth form, along with many other cat-like features. The Fruit mainly adds strength to the user when in the other forms. It also supplies natural weapons in the form of tooth and claw. Improved senses are also a boon.

Name: Houou Houou no Mi (Phoenix Phoenix Fruit)
Type: Zoan
